Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel or reschedule at any time, provided that you give 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, 50% of service/s may be required before a new reservation can be made. For same-day cancelations or no-shows, the full service amount may be due. Frequent cancelations or rescheduling will require a full, non refundable payment, before a reservation can be made. Please note this policy helps me maintain my quality of service and availability to my guests. I understand emergencies can and do occur, so l consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
